Information we collect from you
We collect and store content that you create, input, submit, post, upload or transmit in the process of using our SaaS. Such content may include any personal information or other sensitive information that you choose to provide ("incidentally-collected Personal Information"). We may also collect personal information such as your name and email address, the IP address being used for the current session amongst other data.
Information we collect about you from others
In some cases, another user (such as a system administrator) may create an account on your behalf and may provide your information, including Personal Information (most commonly when your Council requests that you use our SaaS). If you are an employee of one of our customers and would no longer like us to store your information, please contact your employer. If you are providing information (including Personal Information) about someone else, you must have the authority to act for them and to consent to the collection and use of their Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information we collect about you from your use of our SaaS
We gather certain information and store it in log files when you interact with our SaaS. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses as well as browser type, internet service provider, URLs of referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, identification numbers associated with your Devices, your mobile carrier, and system configuration information. In the case of our SaaS, the URLs you accessed (and therefore included in our log files) include usernames as well as elements of content as necessary for the SaaS.
We collect other data as you participate in our surveys, subscribe to our e-newsletter, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. For example, information regarding a problem you are experiencing with our SaaS could be submitted to our Support Services.
How we use the information we collect
We use the information we collect about you to:
- provide, operate, maintain, improve, and promote our SaaS
- enable you to access and use our SaaS, including uploading, downloading, collaborating on and sharing content
- send transactional messages, including responding to your comments, questions, and requests
- prove customer service and support
- send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages
- send SaaS related communications, such as providing you with information about new version upgrades, features, announcements
- and more (you have the ability to opt out of receiving any of these communications)
- monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our SaaS
- investigate and prevent unauthorized access to our SaaS, and other illegal activities
- for other purposes for which we obtain your consent
We use cookies and other technologies such as pixel tags and web beacons to provide, monitor, analyze and improve our SaaS. For example, a cookie is used to remember your username when you return to the SaaS, and to improve our understanding of how you interact with our SaaS. You can block cookies on your web browser, however please be aware that some features of the SaaS may not function properly if the ability to accept cookies is disabled.

We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to from within the SaaS, nor the information or content contained therein. Please remember that when you use a link to go from the SaaS to another website, our Privacy Policy is no longer in effect and your activities on that third-party website is subject to such third-party website’s own rules and policies.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any changes, we will notify you by updating the "effective starting" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
