The Fees and Charges module allows you to import a list of city or council fees into your site. Content authors can then insert the costs into their pages so that they automatically update when they are changed in the system.

You can insert the fees and charges individually in text, or insert an accordion list of them. Fees and charges are organized by Category and Tags, so you can create highly specific lists for different sections of your site. Once they are inserted into content pages, site managers can re-upload the CSV file to automatically update fees across your site.

This is free module that can be installed on main sites, subsites, and intranets in the Australia and New Zealand regions.

Install the Fees and Charges Module

This task is for OC Site Managers and OC System Administrators.

You must install the Fees and Charges module on each site you want to use it on, and you cannot uninstall it after.

  1. Go to More > Modules in the main menu.
  2. Hover over the Fees and Charges module icon and select Install.module icon cropped.png
  3. Use the Choose a site... drop-down menu to select the site you want to install it on and select Install.install module.png

Once installed, download and configure our Fees and Charges CSV template and import your data into your site. Only users with the OC Site Manager role can import and manage fees and charges. Installing this module also provides access to the OC Fees and Charges Manager role, and the ability to add the Manage Fees and charges permissions to a custom role.
