OC Venue pages are great for showcasing the features of venues available for hire within your city or council.
The fields built into the content type enable you to easily present what the venue is suitable for and specific features, such as location details, hours and contact details, venue capacity and an image gallery.
One particularly important feature of the OC Venue content type is the ability to add temporary announcements. This feature allows you to warn your community of any temporary closures, warnings or disruptions to the ordinary running of the venue.
How to create an OC Venue page
- Right-click in the site tree where you want to create the page.
- Choose Create Page.
- Select OC Venue as the content type.
- Select which template you would like to use from the Template Name dropdown menu.
- Fill out the necessary details of the page.
- Add any supplementary information in the WYSIWYG Editor.
- Publish the page.
