When you have completed the edit fields section of the form, you can use Preview to view the form in the live environment using a default template. You can change the content type and template by assigning alternate options from the drop-down lists to match the view depending on the content type into which you insert the form.
As the form preview is being generated on a temporary page, the title and breadcrumbs title will not represent the title of the page the form will display when it is inserted directly into a page in the site tree.
