Page feedback lets your community give insights on how helpful your content is. Once your feedback forms are in place on your chosen pages, you'll need to see the responses they get so you can edit your pages accordingly.
There are three ways to see responses to your form:
- Get notified of each response by email
- Look at all the responses for a particular page
- See all the responses to your form from across the site
Get notified of each response by email
We have already set the default feedback form to email the Last Editor and Page owner of the page receiving feedback. However, you can edit the settings so particular users will receive an email upon form submission.
- From the main menu, go to Forms > Legacy Forms.
- Select the form you're using from the list of forms. This will be the default OC Default Page Feedback Form we have created for you in most cases.
- In the Overview tab, open the Result Processing menu.
- Under Email recipients, add any new email addresses in the Add another email recipient field. For example, you might want to have the Site Manager receive an email for each response.
- Select Edit Email Template to change what information the email will provide. For most cases, the default email template should suffice.
- Save your changes.
Now, whenever someone submits a response, the system will send an email to the specified recipients.
If you want to turn this off, follow steps 1-3 above, then deselect the Email form results checkbox.
Look at the responses for a particular page
You can look at the feedback a particular page has received from the page's Engagement tab.
- Navigate to the page you want to see feedback for and select Update if it has been published.
- Go to the Engagement tab.
- Under Page Feedback, you'll see a Summary of the feedback it has received, including the Total responses.
- Select the Graph tab to see a chart of the responses you've received.

- Download the list by selected Export to Excel or Export to CSV.
See all the responses to your form from across the site
You can also see a list of the responses across the site received from the feedback form. This information will give you a broader view of the quality of your site's content.

- Go to the Reporting tab.
- You can filter the results by selecting a Date range or choosing a Start date and End date for the results.

- Download the data by selecting Excel or CSV under Export.
