OC Module Interface pages are used to group pages of a content type to create a comprehensive listing of all those pages. For example, you can use them to list events or parks and show forms for MyCity, Intranet tasks, or the search results page. The module interface page is a generic page with various templates that meet the needs of our different modules.
Some module interface pages will have been set up for you when we create your site, but you may need to make some yourself. This article will discuss:

Create an OC Module Interface page
To create a new module interface page:
- Right-click in the site tree where you want to create your page
- Select Create Page, then choose OC Module Interface from the content type menu
- Add any content to the module content areas and fill in the necessary details of your page
- Select your template from the Template Name dropdown menu
- Preview and Publish your page
The module content areas
Most module interface templates include two WYSIWYGs. The top one is for introducing the page, while the bottom is a particular Module content area. This area can include content about your page that isn't covered by the widget or listing in the middle of the page. For example, you could use the Module content area to add public holidays, contact details, and further instructions or links.
If you're using the module content area, fill in the Title of module content area field. If you're not using it, you can leave this field blank.
What to include on your module interface page
Use the following information to fill out the OC Module Interface page fields:

| Page name | Completes the unique page URL |
| Page title | The title of the page, shown at the top of the page. This will change depending on what template you choose. |
| What is the purpose of this page? | A brief overview of the page content, displayed in search results and on landing pages |
| Title of module content area (if used) | The title of the Module content area, which is the secondary WYSIWYG content area. This does not appear if there is no content in the Module content area. |
| Add image |
An image that displays on any landing pages and the module interface page if you have checked the Show image on details page box. Note: this image is unavailable on the module interface page for the following templates:

Module Interface templates
The templates we have created will all have the OC prefix. You can create templates yourself, but we recommend having a developer on staff before attempting it, and any custom templates cannot have the OC prefix.

Please note that, by default, images on OC Module Interface listings will display as usual when viewed on a desktop, but not when viewed on a mobile device. This improves the user's experience when viewing your site, and gives you more screen space to add the content that's important.
