This task is for users with the OC Site Manager and OC System Administrator roles.
You can manage the settings for your files from Site Management.
- From the main menu, go to More > Site Management > your site > Settings.
- Select Asset Files.
- Make your changes.
- Save your changes.

This setting can be applied to Document, Flash, Image, and Media.
