The Staff Directory module is a searchable listing of staff members in your city or council, and it is exclusive to Intranets. The module uses three OC Module Interface pages to create a directory of staff members, a profile page for each staff member, and a profile editing page, which your staff members can use to edit their own profiles.

On the listing page, staff members can search staff by keyword or by categories which you choose (department, business unit, or location). They can then click through to the profile pages of individual staff members and get more detailed information.
The details that are included depend on your Staff Directory module settings, and the information can be brought in from an external user management system or manually added into OpenCities. The information contained in this module is also the source for the Org Chart module.
When we create your Intranet site, we'll install the module for you and create all the pages you and your staff will need for the directory, profile, and profile editing. However, if you accidentally delete them, you may need to set them up again.
