The Minutes & Agendas module gathers any meetings created within your site and presents them to the community. You can use the Minutes & Agendas module to show meeting information, including dates, locations, and documentation of minutes and agendas. The module also collates all documentation for past meetings, allowing your community to access information about previous meetings.

Your meetings, minutes, and agendas will display on an OC Module Interface listing page using one of three Minutes & Agendas templates. The Minutes & Agendas module comes pre-installed on your site, but you can recreate it if necessary.

To recreate it:

  1. Right-click in your site tree where you would like to create your listing page
  2. Select Create Page
  3. Choose OC Module Interface as the content type
  4. Select a template
  5. Publish your listing page

Minutes & Agendas Templates

Three templates will list your meetings:

  • OC Minutes and Agenda: A global template that will list past and future meetings starting with the latest date, even if this is a future date, as seen above.
  • OC Past Minutes and Agenda: A template that lists all past meetings, starting with the most recent.
  • OC Upcoming Minutes and Agenda: A template that lists all future meetings, starting with the soonest date as seen below.

The listing page will display 10 meetings at a time and are formatted as accordions, which expand to show details and documents for each meeting. Your community can also use the search function on the listing page to filter by Meeting Type or search meetings by keywords. The search function uses keywords from the meeting title, summary, or added search terms to filter results. It will also search your OC Meeting Documents pages.
